PGA Aroeira no.1, designed by Frank Pennink in 1973, is the demanding classic – narrow fairways between pine trees, strategic lakes, and a memorable 18th hole. This year it will be hosting the Open Golf Portugal 2026.
PGA Aroeira no.2, designed by Donald Steel in 2000, is more challenging and fluid – wide greens, five lakes and multiple tees to suit different play levels.
Around 22 km from the Herdade da Aroeira, Quinta do Peru Golf & Country Club is one of the most demanding and highly regarded courses on the Blue Coast.
Opened in 1994 and designed by Rocky Roquemore, the 18-hole course is set in a pine forest of over 300 hectares, with Serra da Arrábida as a backdrop and six lakes setting the pace of the round.
